Our apartments are located on the 4th (4 to 6 people) and 7th floor (max 4 people).
In the building there is an elevator and there is a possibility to store bicycles in a common room on the ground floor.
Animals are not allowed in the apartment and smoking isn't allowed in the whole building.
Limited parking is available around the corner in Suzanneweg. Here you have the possibility to park for free for 30 mintues. So ideal to unload your car. Via the App 4411 you can easely pay via your phone.

Fourth floor
Our apartment on the 4th floor is foreseen for 4 to 6 people.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom you can find a bunk bed and there is also a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Furthermore there is a bathroom with bath / rainshower
and a separate toilet. In the second rooms there is also a sink available.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a Senseo (coffee) is also available. Furthermore all is available for comfortable cooking.
Seventh floor
The apartment on the seventh floor is similar with the apartment on the fourth floor. The master bedroom also contains a double bed, and in the second room you find to single beds.
The kids room also has his own sink. The bathrooms offers you a shower and the toilet is also separated.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a Senseo coffee machine is also available. Furthermore all is available for comfortable cooking.<

Reservation:
After completing the reservation form you will receive a comfirmation email when we've received your form. Please also check your spam. If you haven't received an email please contact us via email (holiday@janidade.be). We will process your reservation as soon as possible and we will mail you the contract. You can find an model contract here. You reservation is complete when we've received the signed contract (can via email) and when we've received the advance.
Reception:
Few days before arrival you will be contacted by our local contact person (Bruno). He will contact you to make an appointment for the delivery of the key. This delivery will
take place in the apartment where you will also get some explanation. During your stay Bruno and we are always available via phone in case of questions.
At the end of your stay Bruno will also make an appointment to pick up the key.
Cleaning:
We ask you to leave the apartment decently and make sure all food scraps are cleaned out of the fridge, microwaves and kitchen cabinets. The dishwasher has to be made empty before
before you leave. The next guests also like to arrive in a decent apartment.
Leaving the apartment decently doesn't mean you have to clean for hours before you leave. We take care of the end cleaning. In case of a stay from more then a week we also foresee
an intermediate cleaning. We will contact you upfront to check when this cleaning suits you so we won't bother you during your holiday.
